Terms of Service
These terms are between you and Fat Property LLC, doing business as Lead Desk. They cover the Lead Desk website and the desk at app.leadsdesk.io and yourcompany.leadsdesk.io.
The trial and the price
A new company gets a 30-day free trial. The trial starts when the owner confirms the signup email. No card is required to start. The price on the Lead Desk home page is $10 per month after the trial. You can cancel anytime. Card billing is not turned on in this version of the desk. When it is, the same $10 monthly price applies unless the home page says otherwise.
Your lead data
You own the lead data you put into Lead Desk. We process that data to run the service: to store leads, show them to your team, and send the messages you start. We do not sell your lead list.
Text messages
Texting, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and carrier registration are your responsibility. You send texts only to people who may be texted. Lead Desk honors a text reply of STOP automatically and does not text that person again until they opt back in. HELP is not an opt-out and it is not an opt-in.
Email from the desk is sent through the Google account you connect. Lead Desk does not send your customer email from a mailbox you did not connect. Signup and trial notices to the company owner are the exception: those come from [email protected].
Who helps us run it
We use Telnyx for phone and text, Cloudflare to host the desk, and Google for sign-in and the mailbox you connect. They process data only so the service can run.
Export and deletion
You can export your lead data from the desk. Email [email protected] to ask for a copy or for deletion of your company data. We will confirm before we delete a company.
Ending the trial
When the trial ends, you can still sign in, look through the desk, and export. New texts, emails, and action plans do not send. Leads that arrive from your listing sites are still saved. Adding a card is how a company keeps sending after the trial. That card step is not connected yet.

Governing law
